Title: Beautiful quality dishes!
Review: We just remodeled our kitchen and I wanted new dishes. I ordered this set because I liked the selection offered. There are 2 sizes of plates, perfect size pasta bowls and cereal bowls. They are quality dishes with beautiful saturated color. I like that it did not come with coffee mugs. I don’t need any more mugs. When our package arrived we knew before opening it that there were broken pieces because when my husband picked the box up we could hear them rattling around. I called the 800 number on the insert and there was no answer. I realized it was in a different country. I emailed and they responded that same day. They asked for pictures and a list of broken items and as soon as I sent it in they responded and shipped replacements out. The replacement pieces came in 2 shipments and part of it came in 2 days. The 2nd box took a couple of days longer. This company has great customer service. I love my new dishes and so does my husband. They are a little heavy but I like the weight. They also fit well in my new dishwasher. That is always a plus.Customer service is in Ratzeburg, Germany so I think that’s where they are made.

Title: Beautifully crafted dinnerware
Review: The set was packed securely. One bowl did have a defect, but the company sent a replacement as soon as I reported it to them. The quality was better than I expected. The color was a little different than the photo (not surprising) but still nice. Love the heavy weight of these dishes.

Title: Beautiful & Sturdy Everyday Stoneware
Review: These dishes are both elegant & durable. I particularly love the soft color wash, the size of the plates & the pasta bowls too. I appreciate the ability to warm up meals in the microwave & the fact that theyâre dishwasher-safe too. Iâve warmed up meals in the oven too using between 20-250 degree heat for 15 minutes. Customer Service Team was very professional & courteous when I gas an issue with a broken cereal bowl due to transit issues. They responded quickly & sent two (2) cereal bowls instead of just one. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Title: Beautiful, quality dishes!
Review: We just love these dishes! The color is a beautiful robin egg blue, and they have a very nice feel to them. I was looking for awhile for a dish set that would go well with my coastal theme and these work beautifully!I didn’t catch that the dishes have a lip around the edge, but we ended up really liking the way they look. Some of the plates were a little rough on the bottom circle, but following the advice of another review, I just lightly sanded them and they are nice and smooth now. I had a few pieces that had noticeable flaws and one chipped bowl, but the company sent replacements after contacting them. They were terrific to work with. All in all, I am very happy with these dishes and would purchase hade them again in a heartbeat!

Title: Nice dinnerware but they are not scratch proof
Review: Needed to replace my 20+ year old dish set that I loved. Really think this set is beautiful and sturdy and checked all the boxes of what I was looking for. But, they do scratch. Has them for a month and my pics are of a bowl and plate. Most others already have scratches too. Little disappointed by that.

Review: Das Geschirr kam zügig an und gefällt mir von Qualität und Aussehen richtig gut. Durch den Transport wurde ein Teller beschädigt und es gab einen Fehler in der Glasur. Dem Paket lag eine Karte bei, wo man den Verkäufer direkt kontaktieren kann. Nach zusenden von Fotos wurde das Problem sofort bearbeitet und mir wurde umgehend Ersatz zugesendet, der innerhalb von ein paar Tagen ankam. Ich bin begeistert von dem tollen Support und auch von dem Geschirr!

Review: Das Set ist in einem sehr schönen türkis-Ton, der vor allem im Licht wunderbar leuchtet. Da wir bisher noch kein Steingut-Geschirr hatten, war uns nicht klar, wie schwer die Sachen sein würden, aber man gewöhnt sich an das Gewicht recht schnell 🙂 Das Set ist auf jeden Fall ein Hingucker und Essen sieht besonders schön auf dieser Farbe aus. Bisher haben wir nach anderthalb Monaten Benutzung keine Kratzer bemerkt. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und können das Set im Türkis-Ton weiterempfehlen 🙂
