Title: Great looking trim for a Delta 14 Series valve
Review: Product install was super easy. This was my first time ever changing out a shower valve’s trim. This kit comes with everything you need to make it work…trim spacers, even an extra cartridge for the Series 14 valves in case the one you have won’t fit the handle. I was worried about how the rough-in depth of the valve body would affect installation of the new trim, but it’s very versatile and appears to be designed to work in a variety of scenarios you could run into. As long as you have a Series 14 it seems like it has to work. I will note…the only hard part of this job was getting the corroded old handle off. This required getting out my angle grinder with a metal cutting blade. Gentle cutting and the old handle fell off. Don’t get rowdy pulling on your valve in attempt to remove the handle. Doing so will take make a simple upgrade into a repair that will involve tearing into your wall to repair damaged copper tubing connections to the valve body!

Review: This kit comes with the internal valve, covering plate, handle and shower head. It fit my rough valve body perfectly and was easy to install. My only complaint is that I wish the cover backing plate was a little more heavy duty with more contrasting colors on the controls. Would reccomend.

Review: Good looking product, easy to install and sturdy. The default heat setting is surely too low, I unfortunately needed to take it apart after installation to change the setting. The missing star is because I would love if we were able to adjust the angle a little more.
