Title: Great source of information for curious children
Review: I bought this for an eight year old who LOVES bugs and reptiles. She reads a couple of entries a night from this one and the Bugopedia. There is a LOT of information in these books and it’s broke down in easy to read sentences and easy words to understand. Smaller children will enjoy the bright and colorful pictures. Older children will enjoy the information without having to ask too many times “What does this mean?”. And even an adult with a curious child will enjoy these books as you get to explore the creepy crawlies of the world.I had a picture encyclopedia when I was a child and it was my most treasured book. And for right now, this Reptileopedia (and the Bugopedia) are her most treasured books and as long as she’s satisfied with them, I am too. Next we’re going to get the Oceanopedia.

Review: This is the third in this series that I have ordered for my nephew’s son. He is six years old and loves to learn. He reads these over and over again and his teacher talks about how he knows more than her on some of these topics. Highly recommended. The other books in the series that we have bought are Oceanopedia and Dinopedia. I think Predatoropedia is next!
