Notes:
For best results, use a power adapter with at least 12W output (not included). Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as Otterbox defender cases.Magnetic and metal attachments such as cards, keys, and pop grips will interfere with charging. The magnetic charge provides up to 7.5W maximum power. When the portable charger is charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal occurrence.Does not support charging two devices at once. The device that is connected to a cable will be given priority over the device that’s being charged wirelessly.Due to the incompatible size of the portable charger, it is not recommended to use with iPhone 13/12 mini. When used with iPhone 14 Pro /13 Pro, please note that the power bank will exceed the bottom edge of the phone.
Q&A
Question: Is the battery safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
Answer: This is a normal phenomenon as overheating occurs when using magnetic charging—a process of converting electrical energy into electromagnetic waves that could generate heat.

Title: Fantastic little device providing effortless freedom
Review: I have a lot of power banks and this is one of my favorites. Other people with different needs could justifiably say itâs one of the most useless.I already have plenty of large power banks, from 10-20k mah qi chargers to 30k mah beasts that charge laptops at 100w. This charger is very different. My iPhone 14 Pro Max battery is 4,232 mah and wireless charging is not terribly efficient, so this 5,000 mah magnetic power bank doesnât fully charge my phone. It also only provides 7.5w so it doesnât charge it very fast. This is not a battery pack to quickly take you from 0-100% multiple times during a week away from outlets.I love this thing because it provides a kind of freedom those bigger units donât. Even the fairly slim 10k mah qi chargers I have are basically like carrying another slightly bigger phone and without magnets they wonât wirelessly charge in your pocket. You have to sit them down flat or bring a cable with you. And to be honest I donât need to bring 2+ extra phone charges with me every day. This one is barely noticeable when I slip it into my pocket in the morning. Itâs a little longer than a credit card (used up gift card in the picture, sorry guys) and thinner than my phone in a case. Much thinner than my AirPods Pro (which this battery will also charge). And it weighs 0.28 lbs, about a quarter of what my phone in modest leather case weighs. My recorded test matches daily use, it took my iPhone 14 Pro Max from 9-73% in about two hours. Slow and 64% of my battery. And exactly what I want from it.My phone already lasts a long time, this just provides peace of mind or still gives me a day of wireless freedom if I left the house with my phone under 30%. Itâs tiny, weighs almost nothing, and guarantees I make it through even the longest day without any hint of concern about my phone battery. And to be honest I normally charge my phone from about 20-85%, so even though itâs far shy of 100% it seems like a full charge to me. For those of you with normal size phones instead of maxes, your 3,200 mah / my 4,232 = 75.6%. So if I get 64% / .756 smaller battery = an estimated 85% charge for you guys. Also to address the people complaining about heat – the back of the battery does warm up in your palm, but it keeps the charging side and the phone comparatively cool. As someone whoâs had a malfunctioning MagSafe charger before kicking off serious heat, youâll know when somethingâs wrong. This bit of warmth is not a problem. In summary, this isnât a powerhouse that fully charges your phone all week. This is a tiny, light as air, barely noticeable extra 64-85% of a phone charge that gets you through long days or times youâre leaving in a hurry with a depleted phone. It is the most convenient gadget I own, discreetly charging my phone in my pocket without a cable. Other clunkier batteries can keep me away from outlets for a week, but this one effortlessly gets me through everyday life.

Title: Apple MagSafe versus Anker Mag Charger
Review: Put these to the test over the course of a few months. Purchased Appleâs version of this for full retail price ($99.99). Figured for the price, i bet itâd do great things for my battery life⦠Turns out it never gets close to fully charging my phone, it gets me up to only about 30% of increased charge (on a good day). Noticed only about 20% on an average dayâs use. Additionally, the Apple one does not come packaged with a charger for the device youâre buying. It is packaged by itself and youâre expected to already have a charger or buy a new one. The product itself dies so fast i feel like i am charging it more than i do any of my apple tech, even my airpods â which really illustrates the irony here. Apple somehow came to the decision of selling us a rechargeable battery with no charging chord included. One thing iâll say about the Apple Magsafe is that it survived a wash cycle when i accidentally threw it in with my bed sheets, so in all honesty, that was pretty impressive. Now moving onto Anker⦠first of all, anker comes with a charger! And detailed user manual. More than half the price less, Anker comes with advantages outweighing the Apple name by dividends. Ankerâs customizable marketing is insane â browsing through their portable chargers, youâll see that they have different ones at different prices, specifics vary enough for just about everyone. after choosing the model best for you, select your personal favorite from a plethora of color options! So you get a charger + your favorite color in your purchaseâ¦thatâs a great start. Now letâs get into the experience. This thing charges my phone nearly 50% at least increased percentage FAST and stays on for hours at a time. Iâve gotten up to 80% charge so many times. Has a dotted illuminated sequence feature along the bottom edge that will convey the status of its charge, as well as remain lit when you power the device on, and diminish when turned off/dead. This is convenient to tell if youâve left your device on but meant to turn it off, or have it off and need to power it on. The power is triggered by a small side button that requires direct pressure from your hand. It is dense enough to prevent any accidental powering on or off as you hold or carry the device, there are no annoying mistakes made there as one would preemptively assume, which is great to have that intentional detail actually very well serve its purpose. This model is slim enough to hug my phone without unnecessary bulk. Much like any other magsafe devices on the market, yours will increase in temperature and feel warm for the duration of your charge. This is not something you can escape due to any compact battery using the limited space it has to conduct a power charge to another device, so accept the science happening there. Size is longer than the Apple, slightly wider in width by a micro amount, and noticeably taller in height. These size differences were not inconvenient due to how slim the device itself is, and how it sits on the device is comparable to the Apple. Weight is not heavy, but you can feel the difference when charging your phone, wonât lie about it looking lighter than it is. In conclusion, spending $100 on an Apple product seems to be just that â itâs $100 only BECAUSE itâs an apple product, if you want the logo then pay the price, and get a wimpy charge. i would suggest purchasing 2 magsafes to have with you if youâre going the Apple route. itâs just not enough for the reasons targeted customers would need this and benefit from it. To any busy, on the go/working/social human being on the market for a product they can depend on to power through the day in order to make ends meet; remain available to others; or ensure their safety. These things really do impact your day and for that you deserve something that will make all the difference. As i come to an end of argument here, I will conclude with the reason i wrote this very long review in comparison of said two products. The answer is because i was searching endlessly before I found nothing detailed enough to make or break my decision or many questions, so thatâs why i just bought them both over time. Hopefully this helps someone genuinely curious about this debacle like i was, and anyone researching before spending their hard earned money. Thanks again to anyone for reading. Just wanted to give the review I would have wanted to read. This isnât sponsored by the way, i am currently using my Anker charger whilst writing this long awaited review on my flight right now. LOL. Weâre currently sitting at 88% and still charging!! Cheers.

Title: Doesnât work with MagSafe phone case.
Review: **********EDIT*********9/15/24After leaving my initial review, Anker reached out to me about my issue and offered to send me a new one to see if the issue was resolved. I received it in like 2 days and it works great. I guess it was a bad original unit. So I change my review to 4 stars. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is simply because the charger gets abnormally warm while charging the phone. I donât think this is an Anker issue but a MagSafe issue and the style of energy transfer just generates heat. But definitely something worth knowing before you buy.I bought this product because the idea is genius and this company has always been good to me. The charger itself felt like great quality and seemed to great. But, unfortunately, when used with a MagSafe compatible phone case, it starts charger and after about a minute stops. If you detach and reset the charger it agates again and stops again. So, I am going to have to send it back.
