HAND CRAFTED DETAIL: The world’s ‘most asked for’ horses since 1950. Each individual Breyer model is prepped and finished by hand and then turned over to the painting department for hand painting and detailing. In all, some 20 artisans work on each individual model horse, creating an exquisite hand-made model horse that is as individual as the horse that inspired it.
TRUE EQUESTRIAN ART: Breyer models begin as beautiful horse sculptures created by leading equine artists that are then cast into a copper and steel mold. Each model is created one at a time from the original mold, which is injected with a special resin selected by Breyer for its ability to capture the depth of detail, delicate feel and richness of color in our models.

Title: I love them!
Review: The horses are about 6 inches tall and about the same length. Comes with a little instruction book. The paints are acrylic and are all natural horse colors, but you could use your own paint. I plan on painting mine with bright colors and patterns, should be fun! A fun little project for a kid or adult like me who enjoys being creative.

Review: I love these but the product quality has definitely decreased in the last year. The seams from the models a few years back were much more smooth and flush and these more recent ones are much more raised and ridged.

Title: Easy to create beautiful unicorns!
Review: My daughter (six) loved these, and was able to paint them entirely on her own, with great results. It seems like no matter how you slap the paint on, they turn out really lovely.I think it was empowering for my daughter (she’s a perfectionist and anxious about trying to create “good enough” art) to be able to paint these herself and feel like the result was beautiful and what she wanted.They’re also a standard Breyer size (I forget which size, but they match the little wooden stable of six unicorns Breyer makes), so it was cool that my daughter could paint these and then play with them with her others.

Title: Cute gifts for children
Review: My daughters love watching the Cookie Swirl C YouTube boxing videos and one of them were the Breyer horse videos. though I didn’t have the finances to get them a bigger version, I saw that this box had enough of them for each of my daughters to have. I also had an extra one that I gave my niece. Upon getting the package I looked at the small booklet that was included in the packaging. When I saw the different style of ponies you can paint, I myself got excited. I got to take pleasure in the opportunity to paint at least one of the ponies for my daughter since she is 2 years old. As a former painter, it was exciting to see the horse coming together as I had the choice to pick the colors. My daughters saw the results of the pony that I painted so, so one of them requested me to paint it with their own color scheme. I also helped my eldest paint the eyes and the spots on hers. After painting the ponies, make sure you seal with Modge Podge.

Review: Paid nearly £14 for this product and the paints that come with the horses were dried up in the pots they came out in rock solid clumps have to go and buy more paints for my son to paint them because he was so upset. He is 3 years old and so excited to paint his stable mates only to be told he couldnât. Canât explain how upset this made him he was jumping for joy to get them only to sit down and find out the paints were rock hard. Really dissatisfied. The horses are tiny as well
