TIPS:
To start, set the heating pad on the lowest setting. For minor aches and pain, a low setting might be more than enough to reduce pain and stiffness. You can gradually increase the intensity of heat, if needed.
There are no hard or fast rules regarding how long to use a heating pad on your back. It all depends on the level of pain and your tolerance to heat. Even so, if you use a heating pad on a high setting, remove after 30 to 60 minutes to avoid burns.
Be aware, though, that putting a heating pad on a new injury (generally within 72 hours) can worsen pain-causing inflammation. Frequent, prolonged, or otherwise improper use of heating pads has been associated with burns and other ailments. If in doubt, consult a doctor before treating yourself with heat.

Review: It works perfectly! It is large enough for a sore back or tummy, and has the option to turn off in 1, 2 or 3 hours. I have to be careful not to have it on too high for too long⦠it feels so good itâs easy to forget – and your skin can get too hot! You need to be responsible enough to know when enough is enough. Donât let your kids use it you monitoring them. It does exactly what it is supposed to do⦠heats up fast and turns off when it is supposed to. Exactly what I needed after a back injury!

Review: I suffer from really horrible stomach aches and use a heating pad everyday. This heating pad is super soft. It gives off HEAT not just a tiny bit of warmth. Title: Just Right!
Review: This is a soft and flexible heating pad. My Dad has been using it daily for a few months now and he really likes it. It has a low temperature that is helpful when Dad’s not hurting too bad. But when Dad’s shoulder is seriously badly hurting, that’s when he puts the heating pad on setting 6 and he gets some relief. Now there’s a safety feature that turns off the heating pad after 2 hours, which is on all heating pad I know of now-a-days. This can be frustrating if you are not use to it, but as I said all heating pads have this same feature now. But since this heats up quickly, I don’t see it as a problem.The heating pad arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged, arriving safely.If anything goes wrong within the next year and a half, I’ll change this review. But for right now, the quality seems great because it working properly. The material seems well stitched together too. As said above, it is a soft and flexible heating pad that has soft low heat and high (really hot) heat settings that is giving Dad pain relief. So I highly recommend this product and the seller.

Title: Not good for everyday or heavy use!
Review: I purchase this item in January and in March it came apart at the wires. I use my heating pad often for back/tummy. I.have an old school heating pad that I love and still using it. I purchased a new one because my old one has a hard plastic covering. Although this one is super soft it auto turns off, and for me that was a little annoying. This item is not good for everyday or heavy use it broke right after the 30days expired still heats up but wires are now exposed and they are hot to touch. (Unsafe to use) I’m unable to return it which sucks. AmI gave it 3stars because it’s soft and heats up well.

Title: Works great
Review: Got a knotted muscle over my shoulder blade and my old heating pad had just stopped working the day before. I order this one at a great price, less than $18, and it arrived early the next day. It has 6 heat settings, and it has a digital display which is great. I used it on my should for several hours that day and by the next morning my should felt just fine. This was a great purchase, and shipping was lighting quick. Itâs very light weight, totally flexible and the cord was long enough to plug into my kitchen bar counter and lay on my couch, so probably close to 6 ft? Would order again, but hopefully this one will last me a long time. If not Iâll let you all know.
