Review: Small & compact. I love that it fits on my kitchen counter. I donât like that I canât keyboard search everything is pretty much voice activated, and often times it lags when trying to play games, but itâs perfect for watching shows or find recipes, weather, and keeping up with news, etc.

Title: Easy to Use with Several Options
Review: This stand arrived, in perfect condition, even before the Echo Show! It is sturdy, easy to use and features several different options, enabling variety regarding where/how you want to view the Echo’s screen. Sturdy and natural looking with the Echo Show. My stand is black. I did find it a bit odd that the plug in cord from the stand to the wall is white. Not what I would have chosen with a black stand! I am guessing they were thinking most walls are light colored so it would look better if any of the cord showed up against a wall. But that was only complaint. It would have been nice to have an option of a black or white cord.

Title: Every Elderly Person Needs One of these
Review: I can’t say enough good things about the Alexa system for helping elderly relatives live more safely in their home. I’ve put in two Echo Shows and two Dots throughout my 82 year old relative’s home so that the device are always within hearing range. If they fall, they can ask for help–better and cheaper than a pendant, which most elderly will not wear consistently. They can telephone folks without using their mobile phone, which is often misplaced. They can be reminded throughout the day to do things, like taking their medicine. And you can drop in on them like a baby cam. Obviously, it’s a privacy issue, but you can control who can drop in on them. I’ve made posters of commands they can use to remind them that they have to precede each command with her name, Alexa. Of course, if the Wifi goes out, they don’t work.

Review: I had the original echo show and during prime day I decided to upgrade to a new model. Very happy with it. Love the sound quality has really good base. Large screen means your pictures are easy to see and if used with the ring or blink doorbell you can really see whoâs at the door clearly. Has a lot of functionality, I have it set up to tell me the weather each day at 18:30 for the following day. Very easy to use.
