Once you use these dics they’ll feel so natural, you’ll wonder why you didn’t discover them earlier. Review: Â The smooth side of these Gaiam discs works great on carpet, but more importantly, the padded side slides like butter on my hardwood floors. They are nice and sturdy, too. You can buy cheaper workout discs but don’t waste your time. Just get these.
