Title: Firm babyyyyyy
Review: Amazing product for the money. Very firm and supportive, I really feel like I can trust this product to support my weight.Wish it was a bit smoother(?) itâs so firm it is a bit lumped up on one side. Hopefully it will soften up a bit more so it levels out.

Title: Good Addition to my Yoga practice
Review: I recently tried the Gaiam Yoga Bolster, and it exceeded my expectations. The firmness is just right, providing support without sacrificing comfort. I love that it comes in various colors, adding a bit of personal flair to my yoga space. The handle is handy for carrying it around, though I wish there was one on both sides for even easier transport. The removable cover is a great feature, being able to toss it in the washing machine is a huge plus for keeping it clean. I use this bolster for somatic yoga, and it works perfectly across my shoulders, allowing me to arch my back and open up my spinal spaces comfortably. This bolster has definitely enhanced my yoga practice.

Review: Gaiam is known in the yoga world and this bolster was great for the price point. It was firm and supportive, but still comfortable to use for restorative poses without a blanket. It was a great addition to my yoga tools. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

Title: Completely transformed my yoga practice
Review: I took several yoga classes years ago in which we used bolsters to modify some of the poses, and it was so much better for my practice as a person in a larger body that I finally decided to purchase this one. I love how sturdy, supportive, and comfortable the bolster is. I was worried I was going to get a glorified bag of sawdust but Gaiam has clearly put a lot of thought and intention into this product, and it has made doing yoga one of the best parts of my day.
