Title: Iâve used three of these in our house
Review: I recently wanted to reinforce our double entry front door so I placed one of these on the top of the stationary side of our doors after reading another persons review stating that this was a good idea. It has greatly added to the strength of our door should someone try to kick it in. With this at the top, my new brace I just installed in the middle and the kick plate at the bottom Iâve greatly strengthened our front door. With home invasions on the rise I really wanted to do all I could to reinforce our door and I think itâs helped a lot.I also have one of these locks on our door going from the garage to our laundry room and I just installed one on our master bedroom door. These are great locks and they give you an extra layer of security should you need it.

Title: Great while it lasted, but second pair was backup
Review: This lock is pretty awesome. Quick install, easy to use, and very sturdy. So sturdy, the wife locked me out a few times and the door doesnât budge. Only downfall was it lasted just about 9 months installed.It started out smooth, but then at about 3-4 months in, it started to get rough swinging the latch to lock it. Today, it locked up like the spring inside broke and it wonât lock all the way. Had to take another tool to pry it open.Good news is that it came with a pair of locks. I just swapped it out and weâre back in business. Iâd still buy it again for $10 for a pair.

Review: La cerradura fue muy fácil de instalar en la puerta que tengo con marco de madera ancho; supongo que puertas con marco metálico no serÃa tan sencillo ni tan seguro. La operación es sencilla, solo es necesario poner atención en el marcado de las perforaciones para que al instalarla, quede de acuerdo a lo requerido de espacio entre la puerta y la cerradura. Es necesario revisar que no haya molduras en el marco que generen dificultad para abrir o cerrar el dispositivo.
