Title: Good selection of hardware in sturdy cases
Review: I needed a refresh on my hardware assortment. I was happy to find these with the lidded bins instead of the usual drawer unit – I’ve had those dump the drawers so many times. This seems much more secure for keeping all the parts in their proper place, and the bins lock together well. I do wish each bin had labels that showed what was in each spot – I only got a sheet of paper that showed everything that I’ve kept with the bins. But other than that I’m quite happy with this.

Title: Not for mission critical
Review: This is a great assortment of DIY grade fasteners. These are not Grade 8 bolts for sure, but in most DIY situations, they will suffice.Better than running to Home Cheepo every tine you need a washer, etc.If you need a corrosion resistant fastener, you can use these until you get one, these will corrode quickly.The variety is good, and the quantities are good too. The containers are great!No more used medication bottles to shift through. no more jelly jars to empty out and search through!The 4 boxes even slide and lock together to assure when you get to that needed repair, that you will most likely have the needed hardware.Cheap stuff, but very handy. Not a long term solution in some cases, but will be fine for mant low durability ones. Get some Red Loctight, and you will get better milageSummary— This purchase will fit many low stress situation. Recognize their limitationd going in. Overall a good purchase.

Title: Nice selection especially for the price
Review: Iâm very glad I got this set, and would certainly recommend it. This is a nice selection of quality hardware, especially for the price. Very handy to have around for repairs and projects. The bins are fairly full, but thereâs room to add things if you need them â lock washers for instance, or hardware you already have laying around in other containers.Some negative reviewers complained the hardware sizes werenât labeled on the lid. I considered this a plus. The cases are completely customizable, so you can reorganize or sort as desired. If youâre unfamiliar with hardware, there is a list in each case telling exactly what is in each section as shipped. If you know the difference between a 10-32 and a ¼-20, itâs not an issue.I purchased one additional empty case for other hardware that I use. The plastic cases are very sturdy, easy to take to a project site or just keep in the garage. As pictured, the cases latch together â great if youâre taking several somewhere, but a little awkward to use that way. Some reviewers have reported quality issues with the cases, I have not had any problems. Mine close and latch perfectly every time, and if you follow instructions they interlock and stay together with no difficulty.Iâd say I would buy this again, but I think the cases will last a long while and will likely not need replacing. And of course if you use up a particular item, there are plenty more to replenish the collection at your local hardware store.

Title: Nice hardware set
Review: The Jackson Palmer 2200 piece hardware set is a nice assortment. From small to larger pieces, you’re bound to find what you’re looking for.Pros:I like that the hardware is split up per case with screws, SAE, and Metric contained in their own trays. The individual compartments can be made larger by removing the dividers between compartments. This will allow for larger items to be stored in the case. This set also came with four empty trays to store your own hardware. This was nice as I had hardware in several different places around the shop. Having them in one convenient location makes it easier to find and it keeps your shop more organized. The individual cases snap together to carry as if they were one case. There is not a limit to how many cases you can snap together. The kit comes with a paper sheet identifying the assorted hardware contained in each case. This is probably a good idea as once the hardware is used up, you’ll most likely be placing different hardware in the case.Cons:The clips holding the cases together are made of plastic. If one breaks, it will most likely cause the case to not attach to another case from that point forward so be careful. The cases can be a bit tricky when snapping together as you have to slide the case under four individual plastic clips on the sides of the case. Once they’re all in place, you just need to slide the front latch up to secure the cases from sliding out. Keep in mind that too many cases snapped together will eventually break a snap down the road, given the compounded weight from each case. So, you’ll want to keep them to a minimum. The cases do not have the assorted hardware labeled on each case.Overall, this hardware set is very nice and meets my needs around the shop. It is a great portable option when on the go. I recommend this hardware set to those that diy and for those that are looking for a nice assortment of small hardware.

Title: Good collection and the trays are great
Review: After moving and leave 35 years of baby bottles (more than 100) behind since I had stapling the lids to a ledge, I needed a start for a collection of screws, bolts and nuts.This one was picked, I thought 2200 would be a good start.This one is great. Large selection and on top of the the trays are great.I was ready to move the screws to boxes and bags but I never had to.Yes the tray is plastic, but they lock together and I easy carried all together by the handle and it was solid.Remember it is plastic and the tray will last you.You should not need to order small or screws/bolts for a while.
