Title: Beat the heat
Review: Used it for a window. It worked great I applied it all along the windows when the heat temperature reached 110 115° and was excellent at reflecting the heat from coming in so the AC did not have to work harder. I would love to keep it on the outside of the window permanently but then it would look like trailer trash. LOL. But this was a great product it did the job I highly recommend it. It was easy to work with it was flexible and durable.

Title: Using This Product for RV Needs
Review: We have an RV parked in direct sun all day with zero shade. Our kitchen slide is on the sun side. This is an issue with the fridge as the direct sun is making the fridge cooling fan run 24/7. Why? The sun is baking the fridge coils from the freezer vent to the fridge vent outside. So, in an attempt to keep this area and other areas from direct sun, we put this product on the slide outside wall between both vents to protect the coils. (See photo) We have not heard the fan since. We also put this on the sides and roof of kitchen slide. Amazing performance for the rv fridge and freezer.Then we went as far as putting this on the OUTSIDE of the windows that are in direct sunlight. This does reduce our viewing from the inside through those windows but we donât care. And last – we added 13âx13â squares to 1â foam board with 3M spray glue and wedged the covered foam squares into our skylight openings with the foil side facing up to reflect the sun away from the inside. We will reverse this in the winter to keep heat inside. Having a cooler rv (we have pets), less cooling costs and less repairs is ideal. And we lined our under bed storage with it too. So far when itâs been 80 plus outside we are 74 inside without running the ac!This product is cheaper than the name brands in box stores and you get twice the amount. Itâs easy to cut and manage. Comes with little adhesive circles too although we like to use alien tape for more securement to the windows.We will buy more of this exact product in the fall to use on the inside areas and water heater cabinet for the fall winter months.

Title: Very easy to cut & install
Review: This insulation, while pretty thin, seems to be doing a good job cutting down of the afternoon sun from west facing windows in our garage. It is quite affordable and was very easy to cut & install, and the adhesive dots included with the insulation have been holding up well for weeks – the insulation sheets have not moved or shifted at all. I would recommend.

Title: writing titles is the hardest part of a review
Review: I got this for two purposes, and I think it works great for both.1. I wanted something that was temperature resistant that I could cram into my duct at the diffuser, because my closed dampers just aren’t doing enough to redirect air. A square of this that’s larger than a duct works great. Just push it by the center and let the corners catch the flexible duct ridges. You can easily remove it later, and it’s a lot easier than climbing around the attic.2. I wanted something large enough for a window about the size of a door facing the setting sun to help keep a room cool. Just add a few inches to the dimensions so you can cram it along the window to keep it in place. It’s not airtight, so the reflection shouldn’t heat the window so much that it breaks. If it does, I need to replace it with an EnergyStar window, anyway. I did paint this white so it wouldn’t be as noticeable on the outside.After all that, I still have some left over. This is exactly what I was looking for.This is also the same stuff that vanlifers use to cover the windows of their van, I believe.

Title: Does not Work
Review: I used on Skylight and windowsthe Inside of the Windows are still same Temp after using this. I installed on 3 of 6 windows. so that I can compare.I used the temp gun 4 hours after insulation.I took reading on each window for a week based on outdoor temp + Indoor temp on the windows.after installing, did same for a week and did not work.the foil inside was hot to the touch. has the same temp as the insulated windowsnot only it was a waste of $$$ but the time to install. passed return window. loss for me.back to the drawing board for me.

Review: Put in windows to insulate against extreme heat. Black out blinds where not enough. Easy to cut, can use sticky pads enclosed if desired. Windows get approx 7 hrs direct sun gets too hot , air conditioner works over time and cant keep up. This cut back the heat up to 70% . Easy to remove once hot season is over to roll and store for next year.
