Title: Looks great, very quiet, high velocity
Review: We replaced an older style 44â 3 speed Home Depot special with this modern looking, remote controlled, 52â fan.Installation was ok though installing the blades to the motor unit was awkward. The housing has a cut out so a screw driver can reach cleanly but someone needs to hold the blades from rotating as you screw in all 5 blades. I considered installing the blades before mounting the motor unit to the ceiling but I was concerned about the weight. The installation instruction booklet could use more details but watch the video reviews as they are most helpful.The fan is really quiet and stable. We have ours running at the lowest speed (1 of 6) which is the equivalent of our old fan running at speed 2 of 3. Speed 6 may feel like a hurricane.The lighting options are great.Our room is 14×14 and the 52â size is a real improvement over our old fan.Packaging was great. No styrofoam to dispose of, all firm form fitting cardboard material. A few extra screws included in case you lose one.Very happy

Title: Great fan, tricky remote control
Review: The fan itself is great. The fan and lights are both operated by the remote control, so learn that first. The light is interesting – the globe is flat and you can change the brightness as well as the cool or warmth of the light. Itâs also dimmable. The fan is awesome. High is almost windy, which is great during summer, and the fan doesnât shimmy at all. Very sturdy, and super quiet, which of course we love. Weâre every happy with our purchase!

Title: Easy to install well made
Review: Great fan! Super quiet. Well designed. Easy to install alone. Quality metal parts. Excellent for the price point. Light is very very bright and adjustable to lower output. Title: This fan and light are amazing!
Review: I put this fan in our living room. It was easy to assemble and install. The six different speeds on the fan come in real handy. The fan is super quit on all speeds. And the light is also amazing. It can be dimmed, and you have three different light temperatures to choose from withthe “high” temp. white light being our favorite. But I would have to say that my favorite feature is the remote control. Everything is controlled from the remote. You can even change the direction that the fan spins every fall and spring on the remote. I’m going to buy more of these fans for all the other rooms in the house. This fan/light combo is highly recommended.
