Sea Collins
A Tom Collins that looks to the ocean for inspiration.
2 oz. Oakland Spirits Automatic Sea Gin
3/4 oz. seaweed-infused honey
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 dashes chamomile tincture
1. Place all ingredients in shaking tin, fill with ice and shake.
2. Double strain into Collins glass, top with soda water, and gently stir.
3. Garnish with shredded nori.
Seaweed-infused honey: combine 1/2 cup honey & 1/2 cup water with dried nori in mason jar. Let sit at room temperature for 3 hours. Strain before using.
Deci’s Roommate
The perfect sipper for an early brunch or hot summer afternoon.
1 oz. Calvados
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. rich simple syrup
2 oz. sparkling rose
1. Place the Calvados, lime juice, and syrup in a shaking tin, fill 2/3 with ice, and shake.
2. Add sparkling rose and strain over ice in rocks glass.
3. Garnish with fresh mint.

1 & 1/2 oz. Goslings Black Seal Rum
2 dashes chocolate chili bitters
1/2 oz. demerara syrup
1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes
1 oz. Absinthe
1 & 1/4 oz. toasted coconut milk
1. Place a Collins glass in a bowl and build cocktail in the glass in order listed above.
2. Fill the bowl and the glass with pebble ice until chilled and combined.
3. Garnish with coco nibs and star anise.
