Title: Updated Review 9/13/23 – Worked great for 2.5 months – Stopped Working
Review: Update: While the product failed, customer support was amazing. They offered to send me a new unit or provide me with a refund, outside of my return window. Since I had already purchased a replacement locally, they provided me with a full refund. Thank you very much, I really appreciate the seller going above and beyond to rectify the situation. Would do business with them again, on customer service alone.Great price point and the unit worked as expected for 2.5 months. First sign of failure, one of my monitors would lose signal, and then come right back. Then my webcam would flicker on zoom calls to the point where I just had to keep it off. Now the webcam and both monitors are not working, however 1 of the usb ports seems to still work for my keyboard.Pretty much a paper weight now at 2.5 months as my primary need here is dual monitors and extra usb ports. Will order another brand for replacement.

Title: Seems to have stopped working after almost 3 months
Review: Edit: This may have just been some glitch in my system, because aa soon as the replacement arrived, the original is back up and running nicely. No idea what changed except I went to work and came back and tried again out of habit, and everything was fine. So must rate 5 star after all and I guess I’ll save the replacement for a backup just in case or return it.Original review: This was awesome but it seems to suddenly be not working. I’m going to order another and see if it’s the hub or something else with my machine, but my machine works at the office with those hubs (to get monitor and keyboard connection), and suddenly isn’t working here at home with all the components same as previously. Usually I just plug and go, and it’s been really nice actually – wish it had one more port because I have too many things I plug in :-). So we’ll see if another one does the trick. If it breaks again I’ll have to tell our IT department, who recommended it to me in the first place, that they need to pick a different one.

Title: Not for M1, M2 MacBook pros Dual Display
Review: This dock works well if you are looking for mirror/ or single display on MacBooks with M1 & M2 chips. It will not give you a dual display without mirroring the screens.It works well and gives a very clear picture depending on the strength of your HDMI cable. It is very portable( small and light). For the price it is a great purchase.I gave it a 4 because I wanted it for dual display which it doesn’t do

Review: I wasn’t sure if I was getting what I needed, but I sure lucked out. This is a great 7 in 1 hub. Quick plug and play. I was able to easily connect dual monitors (with HDMI) to my laptop (which had only 1 HDMI port) so I now have (3) working screens with several other types of ports still available. Highly recommend.

Title: should’ve read fine print?
Review: I’d hoped to connect a couple of old monitors to my laptop at a travel location, but only one will work at a time (even though when I’m at home with the laptop, I have multiple external monitors working). Both these old monitors have vga inputs only. My laptop is a Dell Latitude running Win 7… it does not have usb-c ports, so I have to use an a-to-c adapter to plug in the docking station.

Title: Excellent customer support
Review: This would had been a great product if it works, but the HDMI2 port doesnât work. I checked monitors and cables to make sure those were not defective. I tried emailing their customer service but the email doesnât work. So now Iâm still using it to display only one monitor, so much trying to display two monitors.Update: Lily from customer support reached out to me after my initial comment and worked to replace the defective device.

Review: I was pretty happy with this product although it definitely had some monitor freezing/blacking out issues. After about 10 month just stopped working. So frustrated that I have to spend money on a new one after it didnât even last a year.

Review: The USB C to Dual HDMI Adapter,7 in 1 USB C Docking Station worked great for several months. I was able to plug 2 monitors in the HDMI ports, my mouse and keyboard.After several months of use HDMI port #2 stopped working.I contacted customer service, did some basic trouble shooting and was sent a replacement unit when it was determined it was defective.Customer service responded in a timely manner and the replacement unit was received quickly as well.I would certainly buy from this seller again.

Review: Iâve been using this daily for work over 5 months.Not much issues except for occasional plug not functioning on startup which I reboot my computer and then works. This happened me 3-4 times over 5 months use.It has new and older plug types which are useful to set up different wires for screens like VGA, DisplayPort, HDMI.I also use a headset for calls and see no issues there either when on phone.Have not tested for games so cannot rate that part.
