Title: It’s a Wolf – What can I say!
Review: I haven’t been so thrilled over an appliance – well….ever! Maybe my instant hot water. I know it’s pricey and I gulped spending so much on a slow cooker but it is absolutely worth it, more versatile than my old slow cooker. It’s user friendly and has the quality in function and appearance that I expect from Wolf. I bought it because I make bone broth regularly and didn’t want the lead leaching that occurs with crockpots, in fact any other slow cooker that I could find when I was researching the best. And this truly is. Not only because of the heavy stainless, but the versatility it offers. It makes perfect bone broth, easy to clean, I really appreciate the inner vessel that is so versatile and solid. When I received the box, it was so heavy that I thought about not opening and simply returning. I’m 82 so considered my choice. I did open it and I am so glad that I did. Part of the weight was packaging – very well packed and arrived in great condition. After setting it up, I found the weight, removing the inner pan full of bones and broth to be quite manageable. I browned the bones in my oven prior to starting broth in the Wolf – love that feature. I’m certainly not a chef but enjoy entertaining and expect to be using this for a variety of meals. I really can’t say enough about it.

Title: Best cooker ever.
Review: This is the best slow cooker I have ever owned! I have been searching for one that has stainless liner that actually slow cooks. This is perfect. I have not used some of the other options yet but the slow cook is wonderful. Excellent quality appliance and the cooking is even and food burn or scorch. Cleanup is a breeze. Along with all that, the cooker is beautiful sitting on the counter. One of the few appliances I store on the counter. Price point is high but after dealing with lesser quality products and liners that wear out and develop cracks making them unsafe to use, it was worth it to get a really high quality product that is safe to cook food for my family in. I will look for more appliances by Wolf.

Title: Right Tool For The Job
Review: Had my eye on this for years but couldn’t justify the price. Now that my crockpot broke, it came time for another look. LOVE the Sous Vide function and the 2-program slow cook option. LOVE the probe-cooking option and the accuracy of the temperature control.Bottom Line: Great quality product. I wanted a slow cooker and a Sous Vide machine. Now I have both. This is the right tool for the job.

Review: Where have you been all of my life, while I was using inferior products? This is a beautiful, solid piece of equipment with stop start safety features and a solid stainless cooking liner that gives you piece of mind, knowing that no impurities caninterfere with serving your family safe meals. A wonderfully intuitive dial makes it so simple to cook superior dishes with confidence. I went back and forth debating this purchase, and I am so pleased with my decision to buy this awesome multi-cooker! Pure pleasure to cook with:)

Title: Woof my wolf..
Review: This was a big step for me, since it’s abit expensive.. I wanted to get away from crock pots with pottery or silver stone.. I did have the old style “Kitchen aide” and loved it, which got me spoiled on finding another, when it finally bit the dirt.. Started looking a “Wolfs” after spotting them.. I read the reviews and watched some demos and loved the fact stainless steel and can sear in the unit.. I’ve used it several times and one was searing.. oh my.. that was fun.. I am literally looking for more things to do in my “Wolf”.. tomorrow is another usage of my “Wolf”.. I get to use the sear🥰.. oh and its easy to use and cleaning up has been awesome.. So all in all.. great purchase..

Title: overpriced but durable and reliable appliance
Review: There’s little question in my mind that this slow cooker is way overpriced, but having said that it does have a few features that may make it worth the price for you anyway. I’ve been using it regularly for several months now and I’d say it’s built solidly with an interface intuitive enough to use without referencing a manual. The overall construction quality is excellent as far as I can tell, and regular use hasn’t shown any non-superficial wear and tear. Reviews say that it runs a little hotter than it should, so things you cook on low that should be done in 8-9 hours may be finished closer to 7, but I haven’t noticed any major scorching or burning of food even when I let my stew cook closer to 10 hours. It does get extremely hot even on low though so always always use oven mitts when attempting to pick it up.I think the major reason to consider buying this unit would be the stainless steel cooking container. Nearly every slow cooker on the market uses a kind of clay surface for cooking food and while it may be naturally more non-stick than stainless (which you’ll definitely notice if you make rice in it, the one function I’m not a big fan of so far), it’s definitely not more durable and there is some concern in reviews that the clay could leach stuff into your food. But then again, I’m not a materials engineer so I’d can’t really vouch for the veracity of that and the cooker is more than 10x as expensive as many other units on the market so from a strictly financial perspective it might be cheaper to just keep buying new, cheaper cookers than to buy this one once.I know a number of professional cooks and this is the unit they use, and have used, for years. For whatever reason there doesn’t appear to be a lot of options in slow cookers that don’t use clay cooking surfaces. I can’t imagine the difference is so expensive it’s worth anywhere near the premium they charge, but there it is: if you want stainless instead of clay you have limited options. It’s too expensive, but it does appear to be the kind of appliance you can keep for decades and I’m kind of a fan of “built like a tank” appliances, but YMMV. Plus I suppose it does also have a nice, clean aesthetic to it that looks good in a kitchen, if that matters to you.

Review: I bought this out of sheer frustration. My old crock pot died. One that I bought to replace it worked on and off, and the ninja multicooker conked out after 3 uses. It would work sometimes meaning waking up to realize that there was no Shabbos meal because it would stop working in the middle of the night. I thought I fell under a curse of slow cookers and stews and cholents were no longer in my future. So I decided to go for one FINAL rodeo, pull the big guns and buy this. And it did not disappoint! It seares like a dream. Beans and veggies and meat are cooked evenly, nothing sticks. An appliance that I’m not afraid to leave $$$ kosher meat in for the fear of the unit turning off and everything going bad.If I knew how easy slow cooking can be I would have bought it years ago. Looking forward to many, many meals cooked with this amazing multicooker. And don’t let the reviews that complain about the weight scare you. It’s the weight of quality that will hopefully last many years.

Review: I ordered this from Amazon UK, and as such expected it to work in the UK. After a lengthy wait for it to arrive, I discovered that it is incompatible for use in the UK. The item has a USA plug, but this is not the major issue – it runs on American 120V – 60Hz; whereas, the UK supply is 220V and 50Hz. It would require a transformer to convert to UK electricity voltage, but even then UK supply runs on 50Hz, and I have been advised by an electrician that it could possible run hot and be a potential fire hazard – I am not happy to take that risk.In addition, I contacted Wolf in the USA for advice, they stated, “we do not recommend using a convertor with the appliance as this can permanently damage the appliance”.This should not be sold on Amazon UK without these warnings. On the plus side, despite being made in China, it did appear incredibly well made, which unfortunately, only added to my disappointment at having to return it.

Review: I am extremely impressed with this cooker! I recently received it and have only had the chance to test its sear/saute function, but it has already surpassed all the other cookers I own. I am now considering adding more of their appliances to my kitchen. The fact that they offer a 5-year warranty is a testament to their confidence in the quality of this multi cooker. It provides me with a sense of security and protection.
