Title: Surprisingly accurate
Review: I wasn’t expecting much, because I haven’t had much luck with longer squares. This is a well built, accurate square. Mine has no deviation along the full 32 inchs. The measurements are not etched into it, but they are as accurate as my woodpeckers rulers. This is a great value for the price. If yours does not show up square, return it for another one. You got a bad batch. Highly recommend.

Title: Sturdy, square, but ruler slightly off
Review: The square is sturdy, square, but by the end of the 32â, the scale is short by the width of a marking. I have not verified the scribe holes yet.

Title: WOW
Review: I am a former Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Engineer, so my standards are very high, and I almost never give a 5-Star rating because I believe that should be reserved for products that really “WOW”, and that everything can be improved upon. I am giving the 2 GOINGMAKE T-Squares that I purchased 5 Stars. I first purchased the 3-D GOINGMAKE Carpenter Square to assess the brand since it was less expensive, and was impressed, so I went ahead with purchasing 2 T-Squares of different lengths — WOW! The paperwork that came with them indicates that they are accurate to within 0.02 degrees, and I believe it. Not only do multiple screws hold the blade to the head, but there are also 2 dowels ( pins ) in the head that seat into 2 precisely machined blind holes in the blade. In addition, the blade fits into a dado ( groove ) that has been precisely machined into the head. The tolerancing on this dado is so close that it is almost a press fit. There are similar products available that clearly have a conventional anodized finish. These GOINGMAKE products have a satin black finish that is slightly textured that I really like. I can’t comment on the durability of the finish at this time since I have not really used them much, but it feels like a high-quality finish. I am not entirely sure what it is. It may be a type of powder coat or there used to be a finishing process called “Parkerizing” that yielded similar results. In any case, at this point at least, I prefer this finish over anodizing — the anodizing will scratch relatively easily.

Title: No regrets!!
Review: I saw the review for these on YouTube channel FLYNN WOODWORKING. I ordered all of the sizes! Let me say this to those that are looking at this. They are accurate, easier to read with white lettering on the black, and way cheaper than a woodpeckers. They function the same way, packaging was best Iâve seen in quality products. They do require a min to assemble, and square up easily as long as you follow the directions. The build quality is just as good. They tamper down the edges so you donât get that paradox reading and the numbers are closer to the table. Makes for a better precise measurement. GOINGMAKE has a bunch of products for woodworking. You will not regret getting all of these.

Title: Totally Unusable as delivered.
Review: This thing is a joke. I read reviews of others before purchasing about the slot in the head being too narrow to fit the rule, the rule not zeroing at the head, and the tool not being square. Reading all this I still took a chance. I am here to tell you all 3 of these things are true. The slot was too narrow to be able to seat the rule in it. I lightly filed both edges of the rule so it would fit the head and sit flat. Now understand these edges are not in any way responsible for setting the “squareness” of the tool. That is handled by two pins on the head that fit into holes on the rule. Then the six screws secure the rule to the head. The ruler was not zero’ed being about a fat 64th shy of a good time. That I could of lived with but the tool is way and I do mean way out of square. I will be able to spend a good bit of time making it square but I shouldn’t have to. Long story short save your money and look elsewhere. Every craftsman knows darn well you don’t skimp on your measuring/layout tools, including me!

Title: Optimistic about accuracy, but foiled in assembly with pieces that would not fit together.
Review: Construction looks good, and straight edge appears to be accurate. The t-square has alignment pins and 6 set screws to place the T-bar and mount it securely to the straight edge. I was unable to assemble the T-square, because the groove on the T-bar that is supposed to enclose the straight edge is juuuuust too narrow to allow it to mount flush. There are six screws to hold it securely, but the provided hex wrench is not strong enough to force the straight edge into the too-small groove. Just a mis-fit of tolerances.

Title: Durable
Review: Itâs durable. I find it doesnât slide along the side of the wood. I wish that part was thicker so it had more support along the side of the board. I havenât found a âpencilâ that can fit in the holes. I do love all of the holes. It makes measuring more accurate.
