Title: good but not great.
Review: i like this furniture set, i really do. it looks nice, itâs decently sturdy, the cushions arenât too thick or too thin. the only issue i have with it: it took FOREVER to build. the pieces are labeled, the directions are clear, but it took ages. days. i feel like ive aged 10 years building it. but iâd do it again.

Title: Missing items and improper made pieces
Review: I wish I would have listened to the other reviews more. I had missing items, holes that were drilled in the wrong side of the piece and screws that were unusable because the holes were still filled with metal. I did reach out to customer support with the company and was told they could not assist with these items and it was up to amazon to correct. Unfortunately my experience with Amazon was not the greatest. The associate informed me that he would issue a full refund and to dispose of item since it was unusable. I did as told and as of 4 days later never received the follow up email or refund so I reached back out and was given a different answer for a partial refund since I did not send the item back. I would recommend not buying and looking elsewhere.

Review: I like my new patio set but I was very disappointed when I saw the loose robe. I tried to fix it with a glue but it did not work. Also, most of the chairsâ arms were scratched.

Title: Mostly good. Inexpensive.
Review: Arrived with chunks missing from box & because these are shipped with *no protection* / foam padding, so the outer pieces were damaged. All of the arm rests were also damaged. Unfortunately, the set was sold out so we couldn’t exchange. Putting it together is fairly straightforward, but it took 2 people because some of the holes are misaligned. On both the bench and one chair, we had to completely forego one of the base screws because it simply would not line up. Looks great, but you definitely get what you pay for… the cheap price definitely comes with a sacrifice on quality.

Title: Sooo cute! Decent for the price!
Review: Love this set my only issue is that some of the holes are off so you canât screw the pieces together. It took us a lot longer than it should have because we figured out a way to jimmy rig it/ make it work! Other than the holes not lining up perfect itâs amazing!
